NVH Lab is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data. We provide several ways for you to request the deletion of your account and associated information.
1. Direct Deletion in the App
The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the NVH Lab mobile application:
- Open the **NVH Lab** app on your device.
- Navigate to your **Profile** (Driver icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap **"Delete Profile"**.
- Confirm your choice. Your account and personal data will be removed immediately.
2. Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can formally request data deletion by contacting us at contact [at] nvhlab.com. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide the email address associated with your account.
3. Data Scope & Retention
What is deleted: When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile information (name, email, bio, location), your vehicle garage, and all of your private acoustic recordings.
What is kept: To maintain aggregate benchmarks, anonymized acoustic measurement data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained.
